The management team mainly consists of the captains and chief engineers engaged in international ship management on the onshore base for long with rich experience, advanced knowledge and good professionalism. At present, Management Company manages nearly 20 oceangoing vessels with almost one million tons deadweight in total, covering General Cargo ship, Supra, Ultra, Panama, Kamsar and so on. These vessels sail around the world and carry all kinds of bulk cargo such as steel and equipment (including deck cargo), grain, coal, nickel ore, concentrate, cement and other dry bulk cargo transportation, with a ship operating rate above 99%.

• Management of Amoysailing Group's own fleet

At present, Amoysailing Group owns 12 ships with an average age of about 10 years. Besides the new ship order of 4 Ultra bulk of 63500DWT will be delivered in 2025. Amoysailing Group still pays close attention to the development of dry bulk industry, ready to purchase new vessels at any time to expand and update the fleet.

• Third Party Ship Management

Management Company provides third-party ship management services for reputable clients. At present, we cooperate with and provide services to Xiamen ITG Shipbuilding IMP & EXP Corporation Limited, Xiamen C&D Shipbuilding Trading Corporation Limited, Bohwa Shipping Limited, and etc.

• Ship Supervision and Repair

Since inception of its construction supervision team in 2009, Management Company has been responsible for the supervision of Amoysailing Group's seven Supramax, accumulating rich experience. At the same time, it is responsible for the supervision of Amoysailing Group's four 63500DWT bulk carriers together with the supervision team of BERNHARD SCHULTE SHIPMANAGEMENT (HONG KONG) LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

• Ship Sales & Purchasing Survey and other Ship Service

Management Company is able to provide pre-purchase survey services of the bulk carriers for Amoysailing Group and third parties, and can provide other ship owners with ship materials, spare parts, lubricants, paint ordering as well as other marine technical support and consulting services.
